Get ready for an epic adventure! Our Peek-a-Boo Slot Canyon UTV tour is bursting with thrills. We’ll zip over sand dunes, then take a leisurely hike into the stunning slot canyon that locals describe as a peaceful, surprise-filled paradise

As we rally toward the canyon you’ll soak in breathtaking views of Navajo Sandstone and maybe spot some local wildlife. Once we arrive, prepare to be floored by its beauty and tranquil presence; it has been described by many as a sanctuary in stone.

With your guide, uncover the secrets of the canyon, exploring its narrow passages and mesmerizing hues, all layered by Mother Nature herself. You’ll also get the lowdown on the area’s history and geology. So, if you’re a photographer, hiker, or adventurer, this is your dream come true!  We also have a 4×4 option if you want to ride along with the guide.

What to Bring
  • Please bring a backpack
  • Depending on the time of year, you may need a coat and warm hat
  • Sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, and comfortable hiking/walking shoes are recommended
  • Since it is a sand trail you may want to bring something to cover your face for the ride to the canyon

Important Info

UTV Participation Requirements

  • Children must be 5 years old to be on the UTVs.  Please ask about 4WD options for families with youngsters.
  • You must be 21 years or older and have a current, valid driver license to drive the UTV.  Anyone that does not have their Driver License with them will not be able to drive.
  • Polaris requires everyone 18 years or older to bring their government issued ID with you for waiver purposes, whether you are a driver or just a rider.
  • If you are under 18 years of age, an adult must be present in the vehicle with you.
  • Helmets are required and provided, along with goggles.
  • You must be able to fasten the seat belt on the machine.
  • The driver must be able to speak and understand English.

 

Group Continuity & Safety / Protecting our Resources

  • All guests must stay with the group and guide at all times.
  • The guide MUST BE NOTIFIED of any variance to this policy.
  • Do not climb or hike up any steep rock faces or areas indicated as “off limits” by your guide.
  • Do not enter any mine or cave openings.

Getting to the Trailhead
  • After checking in at the meeting point, guests will drive to the trailhead where the tour will begin.
  • The trailhead is easy to get to, located just 8 miles north of Kanab and has plenty of parking. It’s located on the East side of Highway 89, between mile markers 72 & 73.
  • If you do not have a vehicle, contact us to make special arrangements.
