Journey To The Edge Of The Grand Canyon and Peer Over the Toroweap Overlook

Imagine lookingย down 3,000 vertical feet to the Colorado River โ€“ just the thought is a thrill! The Paiute people call this area TuWeep; meaning The Earth. ย Truly a remarkable and special place that will leave you feeling small in the exposed geologic history of the Earth. ย Get ready to leave civilization far behind for an epic adventure; the route to get here is 2.5 – 3 hours on a rough and primitive road that requires high clearance 4×4 with hefty off-road tires. ย  Hiring a guide is a stress-free way to enjoy this area as there is no cell service and very few people around. ย

When we arrive, itโ€™ll be like landing on another planet! Explore freely with your guide, uncovering the unique geology and rock formations. Youโ€™ll dive into the Grand Canyonโ€™s geological history, gazing atย rock that is over 2 billion years old!
