DEPOSITS
To secure your space on any tour, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required. Any balance due will be charged on the day of the tour. We take all credit cards. Please note, we do not accept PayPal. All prices are subject to Utah Sales Tax (8.45%).

GENERAL LIABILITY
ADVENTURE/ASSURE PROTECTION PLAN
Available exclusively at Polaris Adventures Elite outfitters, this custom-built protection package lets riders ride without the worry of unexpected costs or headaches. Ride confident and ride protected.
Protect the Vehicle: If your vehicle is damaged while you ride, know that your out-of-pocket costs and loss of use charges will be capped.
Protect your Liability: If you injure another person or damage property during your ride, your rental carries liability coverage.
Protect your Group: Accident insurance for every rider in the vehicle.

GROUP CONTINUITY & SAFETY / PROTECTING OUR RESOURCES
- All guests must stay with the group and guide at all times.
- The guide MUST BE NOTIFIED of any variance to this policy.
- Do not climb or hike up any steep rock faces or areas indicated as “off limits” by your guide.
- Do not enter any mine or cave openings.
UTAH OFF-HIGHWAY VEHICLE EDUCATION COURSE
Utah requires all OHV operators to complete the free Utah Off-Highway Vehicle Education Course. The once-in-a-lifetime course is expected to take less than 30 minutes to complete. Upon completion you will receive a certificate that you can save as a digital version or print a hard copy for proof.
Any person (21 Valid Driver License) that will be driving an ATV, **MUST** provide us with a copy of this certificate – ***No Exceptions!***
*Note: Certificate is not required when on a Guided Tour.*
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
To ensure a quality experience, we ask that all guests meet some general requirements in order to achieve the best experiences on our tours. OHV activities do require specific physical requirements. There is always an opt-out of any of the planned activities. Whatever your reason, you are welcome to relax and enjoy the beauty surrounding you instead of joining the provided activity.
OHV (OFF-HIGHWAY VEHICLE) DRIVING & RIDING
- Children must be 5 years old to be on the UTV’s. Please ask about 4WD options for families with youngsters.
- You must be 21 years or older and have a current, valid driver license to drive the UTV. Anyone that does not have their Driver License with them will not be able to drive.
- Polaris requires everyone 18 years or older to bring their government issued ID with you for waiver purposes, whether you are a driver or just a rider.
- If you are under 18 years of age, an adult must be present in the vehicle with you.
- Helmets are required and provided, along with goggles.
- You must be able to fasten the seat belt on the machine.
- The driver must be able to speak and understand English.
“An off-highway vehicle operator who is 18 years of age or older shall accept legal responsibility for injury or damage of any kind to the extent that the injury or damage results from risks inherent in the sport of off-highway vehicle use.”
